Abstinencia del consumo de nicotina

Una forma más leve de abstinencia de nicotina, que involucra algunos o todos estos sÃntomas, puede ocurrir cuando un fumador cambia de cigarrillos regulares a cigarrillos bajos en nicotina o cuando reduce significativamente el número de cigarrillos que fuma.
De acuerdo con la Asociación Psiquiátrica Estadounidense ( American Psychiatric Association ), los sÃntomas de la abstinencia de nicotina pueden enmascarar, encubrir o agravar los sÃntomas de otros problemas psiquiátricos.
