Síntomas:

Las personas con este trastorno tienen muchas dolencias físicas que duran años. Con mucha frecuencia, las dolencias implican problemas y dolor crónicos con el aparato digestivo, el sistema nervioso y el aparato reproductor.

Los síntomas a menudo interfieren con el trabajo y las relaciones interpersonales y llevan a muchas consultas con diferentes médicos.
