Prevención:

Utilizar técnicas apropiadas para levantar peso.
Bajar de peso en caso de sobrepeso.
Aliviar o evitar el estreñimiento comiendo mucha fibra, bebiendo mucho líquido, yendo al baño tan pronto se siente la necesidad y haciendo ejercicio físico regularmente.
