Epiescleritis - Overview

Definici贸n:

Es la irritaci贸n e inflamaci贸n de la epiescler贸tica, una delgada capa de tejido que cubre la parte blanca (escler贸tica) del ojo. 脡sta ocurre sin una infecci贸n.

Causas, incidencia y factores de riesgo:

La epiescleritis es una afecci贸n com煤n que generalmente es leve.

La causa generalmente se desconoce, pero puede ocurrir con ciertas enfermedades como:
