Prevención:

Se pueden usar descongestionantes nasales o antihistamínicos antes de experimentar cambios de altitud. Trate de evitar dichos cambios de altitud mientras tenga una infección de las vías respiratorias altas o un ataque de alergia.

Hable con el médico respecto al uso de descongestionantes si planea bucear con tanque de oxígeno.
