Tendinitis aquílea - Symptom

Tendinitis del talón

Síntomas:

Los síntomas incluyen dolor en el talón y a lo largo del tendón al caminar o al correr. El área puede sentirse dolorosa y rígida en la mañana.

El tendón puede doler al tacto o al moverlo y la piel que lo cubre puede estar hinchada y caliente. Usted puede tener dificultad para pararse en un dedo del pie.

Signos y exámenes:

El médico llevará a cabo un examen físico y buscará sensibilidad a lo largo del tendón y dolor en el área de éste, cuando uno se para en los dedos de los pies.

Las radiografías pueden ayudar a diagnosticar la artritis.

Se puede realizar una resonancia magnética si el médico está pensando en una cirugía o le preocupa el desgarro del tendón de Aquiles.
