Aneurisma - Prevention

Prevención:

El control de la hipertensión arterial puede ayudar a prevenir algunos aneurismas. El hecho de seguir una dieta sana, hacer ejercicio de manera regular y mantener el colesterol en un nivel saludable también puede ayudar a prevenir aneurismas o sus complicaciones.

No fume. Si lo hace, dejar de fumar reducirá su riesgo de sufrir un aneurisma.
