Disfunción hipotalámica - Treatment

Tratamiento:

El tratamiento depende de la causa de la disfunción hipotalámica.

  • Tumores: cirugía o radiación
  • Deficiencias hormonales: reposición de hormonas faltantes

Puede haber disponibilidad de tratamientos específicos para el sangrado, la infección y otras causas.

Pronóstico:

Muchas causas de la disfunción hipotalámica se pueden tratar y la mayoría de las veces se pueden reponer las hormonales faltantes.

Posibles complicaciones:

Tumores cerebrales:

  • Ceguera permanente

Hipotiroidismo:
