Síntomas:
- Brazos y piernas de largo diferente
- Manchas de color café en leche
- Curvatura del dedo meñique hacia el dedo anular
- Retraso en la edad ósea
- Insuficiencia en el crecimiento
- Enfermedad de reflujo gastroesofágico
- Problemas renales como:
- riñón en herradura
- hidronefrosis
- válvulas uretrales posteriores
- acidosis tubular renal
- Bajo peso al nacer
- Anchura normal de la cabeza
- Deficiencia en el crecimiento
- Brazos cortos
- Estatura (talla) corta
- Dedos de los pies y de las manos cortos y gruesos
- Hinchazón del esófago

Signos y exámenes:
