Tenosinovitis - Symptom

Inflamación de la vaina del tendón

Síntomas:

  • Dificultad para mover una articulación
  • Inflamación articular en el área afectada
  • Dolor y sensibilidad alrededor de la articulación, especialmente muñeca, tobillo, pie o mano
  • Dolor al mover una articulación
  • Enrojecimiento a lo largo de la extensión del tendón

La fiebre, la inflamación y el enrojecimiento pueden indicar la presencia de una infección, especialmente si estos síntomas fueron causados por una punción o cortadura.

Signos y exámenes:

Un examen físico muestra inflamación sobre el tendón involucrado. El médico puede tocar o estirar el tendón o hacer que uno mueva el músculo donde va unido para observar si uno experimenta dolor.
