Tratamiento:

Mientras se realiza el diagnóstico, se puede intentar la reanimación en el momento del parto. El tratamiento se suministra para cualquier obstrucción de la salida urinaria.

Expectativas (pronóstico):

Se trata de una enfermedad muy grave, generalmente mortal. El pronóstico a corto plazo depende de la gravedad del compromiso pulmonar, mientras que el pronóstico a largo plazo depende de la gravedad del compromiso renal.
