Prevención:

No hay una forma conocida de prevenir esta afección. Si al bebé se le diagnostica obstrucción de las vías urinarias antes de nacer, en muy pocos, una cirugía realizada durante el embarazo puede ayudar a prevenir el progreso del problema hacia el síndrome del abdomen en ciruela pasa.
