Enfermedad de Peyronie

Síntomas:

Usted o el médico pueden notar un endurecimiento del tejido debajo de la piel, en un área a lo largo del tallo del pene.

Durante la erección, puede haber:

Una curvatura en el pene, la cual generalmente comienza en el área donde se siente el tejido cicatricial o endurecimiento
Estrechamiento del pene
Dolor
Problemas con la penetración o dolor durante la relación sexual
Acortamiento del pene

Signos y exámenes:

El médico puede diagnosticar la curvatura del pene con un examen físico. Las placas duras pueden sentirse con o sin erección.

El médico puede utilizar medicamentos inyectables para causar una erección o usted puede llevarle al médico fotografías del pene erecto para su evaluación.

Una ecografía puede mostrar tejido cicatricial en el pene, pero ésta no es necesaria.
