Varicocele

SÃntomas:
- Venas visibles, agrandadas y retorcidas en el escroto
- Infertilidad
- Tumor testicular indoloro, inflamación del escroto o protuberancia dentro del escroto
Signos y exámenes:
El médico examina el área inguinal, incluyendo el escroto y los testÃculos, y puede sentir una masa retorcida e insensible a lo largo del cordón espermático (se siente como una bolsa con gusanos).
Sin embargo, es posible que la masa no se pueda sentir u observar, especialmente si el paciente está acostado.
El testÃculo del lado del varicocele puede estar más pequeño que el del otro lado.
