Incompatibilidad ABO - Síntomas

Síntomas:

Los siguientes son síntomas de las reacciones a una transfusión:

  • Dolor de espalda
  • Sangre en la orina
  • Sensación de "muerte inminente"
  • Fiebre
  • Piel amarilla (ictericia)

Signos y exámenes:

  • El nivel de bilirrubina es alto.
  • El conteo sanguíneo completo (CSC) muestra glóbulos rojos sanguíneos dañados y también puede mostrar anemia leve.
  • Las pruebas de laboratorio de la sangre de los pacientes y sangre del donante muestran que no son compatibles.
