Hiperpirexia maligna; Hipertermia de tipo maligno
Durante un episodio de hipertermia maligna, envolver al paciente en una frazada refrescante puede ayudar a reducir la fiebre y el riesgo de complicaciones serias. Los fármacos como dantroleno, lidocaína o un betabloqueador pueden ayudar con los problemas del ritmo cardíaco.
Para preservar la función renal durante un episodio, usted debe recibir líquidos por vía oral o intravenosa, así como ciertos medicamentos.
