Los síntomas de sífilis dependen de la etapa de la enfermedad, pero muchas personas no presentan síntomas.
En general, las úlceras indoloras y la inflamación de los ganglios linfáticos son posibles síntomas de la sífilis primaria. Las personas con sífilis secundaria también pueden presentar fiebre, fatiga, erupciones cutáneas, dolores y achaques, al igual que inapetencia, entre otros síntomas. La sífilis terciaria causa problemas cardíacos, cerebrales y neurológicos.
