Rickettsiosis exantemática

Tratamiento:

El objetivo del tratamiento es curar la infección. Los medicamentos que se pueden utilizar abarcan antibióticos como cloramfenicol, tetraciclina y doxiciclina, entre otros.

Expectativas (pronóstico):

Se espera una recuperación completa.

Complicaciones:

Si la enfermedad se trata, generalmente no se presentan complicaciones.

Situaciones que requieren asistencia médica:

Se debe solicitar asistencia médica si el niño presenta síntomas indicadores de rickettsiosis exantemática o variceliforme.
