Parainfluenza - Symptom

Síntomas:

Los síntomas varían dependiendo del tipo de infección y es común que se presenten síntomas similares al resfriado, como rinorrea y tos leve. Los síntomas respiratorios potencialmente mortales se pueden observar en bebés más pequeños que tienen bronquiolitis y en aquéllos con sistemas inmunitarios debilitados.

En general, los síntomas pueden abarcar:

  • Dolor torácico
  • Tos
  • Crup
  • Fiebre
  • Rinorrea
  • Dificultad para respirar
  • Dolor de garganta
  • Congestión nasal
  • Sibilancias

Pruebas y exámenes:

Un examen físico puede revelar sensibilidad sinusal, inflamación de ganglios y enrojecimiento de la garganta. El médico auscultará los pulmones y el tórax con un estetoscopio y podrá escuchar crepitantes y sibilancias.
