No existe vacuna disponible para prevenir la fiebre del dengue. Use protección personal, como ropa que cubra todo el cuerpo, repelente contra mosquitos que contenga DEET, mosquiteros y, de ser posible, viaje durante períodos de mínima actividad de los mosquitos.
