Trastornos del habla en niños - Treatment

Tratamiento:

Las formas más leves de los trastornos del habla pueden desaparecer espontáneamente.

La logopedia (terapia del lenguaje) puede ayudar con los síntomas más serios o con los problemas del habla que no mejoran.

En la terapia, el niño aprenderá a crear ciertos sonidos.

Expectativas (pronóstico):

El pronóstico depende de la causa del trastorno y mejora con la intervención temprana. Generalmente, el habla puede mejorar con terapia del lenguaje.

Complicaciones:

Los trastornos del habla pueden llevar a problemas psicosociales asociados con la comunicación ineficaz.
