Tratamiento:

El tratamiento implica el uso de medicamentos inmunodepresores, incluyendo ciclofosfamida y prednisona.

Expectativas (pronóstico):

Los tratamientos actuales que utilizan esteroides y otros medicamentos inmunodepresores, como la ciclofosfamida, pueden mejorar los síntomas y la posibilidad de supervivencia a largo plazo.
