Es una neoplasia cutánea no cancerosa (benigna) compuesta de vasos sanguíneos.
Los hemangiomas capilares son neoplasias cutáneas bastante comunes que varían en tamaño. Se pueden presentar casi en cualquier parte del cuerpo, pero generalmente aparecen en el tronco.
