Síntomas:

Obstrucción de vías respiratorias que involucra inflamación de la garganta y ronquera súbita
Episodios repetitivos de cólicos abdominales sin causa obvia
Inflamación en brazos, piernas, labios, ojos, lengua o garganta
La inflamación intestinal que puede ser grave y llevar a vómito, deshidratación, diarrea, dolor y ocasionalmente shock

Signos y exámenes:

Se llevarán a cabo exámenes de sangre para verificar los niveles del factor de inhibición de C1, C 4 y C2.
