Náuseas persistentes en el embarazo; Vómitos persistentes en el embarazo
Es la presencia de náuseas y vómitos intensos y persistentes durante el embarazo que pueden conducir a la deshidratación.
Casi todas las mujeres experimentan náuseas o vómitos o "náuseas del embarazo", particularmente durante el primer trimestre del embarazo. Se cree que la causa de las náuseas y el vómito durante el embarazo es una elevación rápida de los niveles séricos de HGC (gonadotropina coriónica humana), secretada por la placenta.
Las náuseas y los vómitos intensos durante el embarazo pueden suceder en caso de estar esperando gemelos (o más) o tener una mola hidatiforme.
