Tumores o protuberancias en las mamas - Symptom

Síntomas:

Los síntomas dependen de la causa de la protuberancia o tumor. Los signos de un tumor mamario potencialmente canceroso pueden ser:

  • Una masa indolora firme o dura, con bordes irregulares
  • Protuberancia axilar
  • Hinchazón del brazo
  • Dolor en los huesos
  • Diferencias en el tamaño de las mamas, comparadas con la forma como lucían previamente
  • Cambios en el pezón, incluyendo retracción hacia adentro, hinchazón o picazón
  • Secreción del pezón, usualmente un líquido sanguinolento o seroso
  • Cambios en la piel, tales como hoyuelos o apariencia de "cáscara de naranja", enrojecimiento, venas acentuadas en la superficie de la mama y finalmente ulceración de la piel
  • Pérdida de peso

Pruebas y exámenes:
