Problemas del pezón - Prevención

Prevención:

Las mujeres que están en período de lactancia deben limpiarse las mamas antes y después de amamantar. Si hay escape de leche entre alimentaciones, el uso de almohadillas absorbentes para las mamas puede mantener los pezones secos. Las cremas para las mamas pueden ayudar a mantener el área del pezón suave y humectada.
