Trastorno de alimentación en la lactancia y en la primera infancia - Symptom

Síntomas:

  • Estreñimiento
  • Llanto excesivo
  • Somnolencia excesiva (letargo)
  • Irritabilidad
  • Aumento de peso insuficiente
  • Pérdida de peso

Pruebas y exámenes:

Se evalúa al niño en búsqueda de cualquier enfermedad que pudiera causar o contribuir con este problema. La evaluación de las curvas del desarrollo para peso, talla y perímetro cefálico es importante en cualquier evaluación de problemas de alimentación o de peso.

Se pueden utilizar pruebas de laboratorio y estudios imagenológicos para completar la evaluación médica, pero con frecuencia son normales en niños con problemas de crecimiento.
