La parte frontal del pie está doblada hacia adentro (hacia la lÃnea media) en el empeine.

La parte posterior del pie y el tobillo son normales. Si se presenta pie zambo, una deformidad distinta, el pie apuntará hacia abajo y el tobillo también estará orientado hacia adentro.
