Tratamiento:
El tratamiento depende de la causa subyacente. El médico puede recomendar primero:

- Medicamentos esteroides
- Gotas antibióticas para el oído
Si el problema subyacente es un colesteatoma o la afección no logra aliviarse, entonces se puede necesitar cirugía.
