Tratamiento:

La hipoacusia se trata para garantizar el mejor desempeño en la escuela.

Un buen cirujano plástico es muy importante, debido a que los niños con esta afección algunas veces necesitan una serie de operaciones para corregir los defectos congénitos. Con la cirugía plástica, se puede corregir el mentón retraído y otros cambios en la estructura de la cara.

Pronóstico:

Los niños con este síndrome en general crecen hasta convertirse en adultos de inteligencia normal que se desenvuelven también normalmente.
