Problemas con la dentadura postiza - Overview

Información:

Las prótesis dentales o dentaduras postizas mal ajustadas se pueden mover y causar puntos de irritación. El adhesivo para estas prótesis puede ayudar a reducir este movimiento.

En caso de tener este tipo de dentadura postiza que no ajusta bien, siempre se debe acudir al odontólogo.

Otros consejos para las dentaduras postizas:

  • Después de comer, lavar la dentadura postiza con jabón corriente y agua tibia.
  • Las dentaduras postizas se deben quitar durante la noche para prevenir úlceras, infecciones e inflamación.
  • Las dentaduras postizas se pueden dejar durante la noche en una solución limpiadora
  • Limpiar, dejar descansar y masajear las encías con regularidad. El enjuague diario de agua tibia con sal ayudará a limpiarlas.
  • Evitar el uso de palillos al llevar dentadura postiza o prótesis dental.
