El ejercicio ayuda a los glóbulos blancos que luchan contra las enfermedades a trasladarse desde los órganos hasta el torrente sanguíneo.
En general, uno puede mejorar el sistema inmunitario consumiendo una alimentación apropiada, teniendo suficiente descanso, reduciendo el estrés y practicando ejercicio regularmente. Esto disminuirá las posibilidades de contraer una gripe o un resfriado.
Aun cuando los estudios concluyan que el ejercicio no previene los resfriados o la gripe, éste es bueno para la salud general.
