Ensaladas y nutrientes - Overview

Las ensaladas pueden ser una buena manera de obtener los nutrientes diarios y pueden ser igualmente una buena forma de incrementar la ingesta diaria de fibra. Sin embargo, no todas las ensaladas son saludables o nutritivas; depende de lo que contengan.

Prepare ensaladas con verduras coloridas. Si tiene muchas verduras frescas en la ensalada, entonces está obteniendo nutrientes saludables para combatir enfermedades.
