Ácido pantoténico; Pantetina; Vitamina B5
Son tipos de vitaminas B hidrosolubles, lo cual significa que el cuerpo no las puede almacenar. Si el cuerpo no puede utilizar toda la vitamina, la cantidad extra sale del organismo a través de la orina; por lo tanto, estas vitaminas tienen que reponerse todos los días.
