Comidas rápidas - Overview

Definición:

Las comidas rápidas están siempre listas, tienen precios razonables y son alternativas fáciles y disponibles para cocinar en casa; aunque convenientes y económicas para un estilo de vida agitado, las comidas rápidas son típicamente altas en calorías, grasas, grasas saturadas, azúcar y sal.
