Definición:

El óxido de zinc es un ingrediente en muchos productos, incluyendo ciertas cremas y ungüentos empleados para prevenir o tratar quemaduras e irritaciones cutáneas menores. La sobredosis de zinc ocurre cuando alguien ingiere este medicamento en forma accidental o intencional.
