Definición:

Los antagonistas de los receptores H2 son fármacos que ayudan a disminuir el ácido gástrico. La sobredosis de antagonistas de los receptores H2 se presenta cuando alguien accidental o intencionalmente toma más de la cantidad normal o recomendada de este fármaco.
