Definición:

El clorhidrato de amitriptilina, llamado antidepresivo tricíclico, es un tipo de medicamento que requiere receta. La sobredosis de clorhidrato de amitriptilina ocurre cuando alguien toma accidental o intencionalmente más de la cantidad normal o recomendada de este medicamento.
