Sobredosis de Metadona - Información general

Definición:

La metadona es un analgésico muy potente que se emplea para tratar la adicción a la heroína.

La sobredosis de metadona ocurre cuando alguien toma accidental o intencionalmente más de la cantidad normal o recomendada de este medicamento.

La sobredosis de metadona también se puede presentar si una persona toma este medicamento junto con ciertos analgésicos como Oxycontin, Vicodin o morfina.
