Esta línea gratuita nacional le permitirá a la persona hablar con expertos en intoxicaciones. Se trata de un servicio gratuito y confidencial. Todos los Centros de Toxicología (Centros de Control de Envenenamientos) locales en los Estados Unidos utilizan este número. Se recomienda llamar si se tiene cualquier inquietud acerca de intoxicaciones o la manera de prevenirlas. No tiene que ser necesariamente una emergencia; se puede llamar por cualquier razón, las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana.
