EncÃas inflamadas
Definición:
Las encÃas inflamadas son las encÃas anormalmente agrandadas, prominentes o que protruyen.

Consideraciones generales:
La inflamación de las encÃas es bastante frecuente y puede involucrar a una o más papilas (los espacios de forma triangulada que tiene la encÃa entre los dientes adyacentes).
En ocasiones, las encÃas se inflaman de forma considerable oscureciendo al diente por completo.
