• ¿Qué otros síntomas presenta?

• ¿Puede cumplir con sus actividades diarias? Si no, ¿Qué lo limita?
• ¿Ha viajado recientemente?
• ¿Qué medicamentos está tomando?
• ¿Qué otros problemas médicos tiene?
• ¿Consume alcohol o drogas?

Si se presentan signos o síntomas de una enfermedad significativa, es posible que se deban realizar exámenes para confirmar el diagnóstico, tales como diversos exámenes de sangre, radiografías u otros exámenes de diagnóstico.
