Dolor en el flanco
Definición:
El dolor en el flanco se refiere al dolor en un lado del cuerpo entre el abdomen superior y la espalda.

Consideraciones generales:
El dolor en el flanco o en el costado a menudo significa dificultad renal y si dicho dolor está acompañado de fiebre , escalofrÃos, sangre en la orina o micción frecuente o urgente, entonces es probable que la causa sea un problema renal.
