Comportamiento autista - Toda la información

Definición:

El comportamiento autista describe patrones de comportamiento similares a los que se ven en el autismo.

Consideraciones generales:

El comportamiento autista comprende:

  • Socialización anormal (falta de necesidad de interactuar con otros)
  • Patrones de lenguaje anormales
  • Ausencia o desarrollo deficiente de las destrezas de comunicación verbal y no verbal (incapacidad para expresar claramente pensamientos y necesidades)
  • Aislamiento social
  • Incapacidad para hacer amigos
  • Movimientos corporales repetitivos
  • Conducta ritualista
  • Ausencia de contacto visual

Algunas infecciones y enfermedades del sistema nervioso (neurológicas) pueden producir síntomas como los del autismo.

El cuidado en el hogar depende de la causa del comportamiento. Siempre se deben considerar las necesidades de seguridad del niño.

La persona debe consultar con el médico si su hijo exhibe un comportamiento autista, pero no se sabe que sufra de autismo.
