Crisis hemolítica - Treatment

Hemólisis aguda

Se debe llamar al médico si:

Si usted tiene cualquiera de los siguientes síntomas, consulte con el médico:

  • Una disminución en la cantidad de orina que produce
  • Fatiga, piel pálida u otros síntomas de anemia, especialmente si empeoran
  • Orina que luce de color rojizo, café rojizo o marrón (del color del té)

Lo que se puede esperar en el consultorio médico:

Es posible que sea necesario realizar tratamiento de emergencia que pueden incluir hospitalización, administración de oxígeno, trasfusiones de sangre y otros tratamientos.

Cuando la afección se estabilice, el médico llevará a cabo un examen físico y hará preguntas como las siguientes:

El examen físico ocasionalmente puede mostrar una hinchazón del bazo (esplenomegalia).
