  • Tiene problemas de visión

Nota: es importante visitar al oftalmólogo si se presentan problemas de visión u oculares. Sin embargo, también se puede contar con la ayuda del médico general en caso que se sospeche una enfermedad sistémica.

El médico revisará le examinará los ojos y le hará preguntas acerca de la historia clínica.

Algunas de las preguntas pueden ser:

  • ¿La córnea se volvió opaca de manera rápida o lenta?
  • ¿Cuándo se notó esto por primera vez?
  • ¿Afecta a ambos ojos?
  • ¿Hay algún antecedente de lesión en el ojo?
  • ¿Qué otros síntomas tiene?
  • ¿Tiene algún problema con la visión?
  • ¿De ser así, de qué tipo son (visión borrosa, disminución en la visión u otros) y en qué grado?
