Valores normales:

El resultado normal del examen es negativo para anticuerpos contra Aspergillus.

Significado de los resultados anormales:

Un resultado positivo significa que se han detectado anticuerpos contra el hongo, lo cual quiere decir que usted ha estado expuesto a dicho hongo en algún momento.

Sin embargo, es posible que se presenten resultados falsos positivos. Por ejemplo, la aspergilosis invasiva a menudo no produce un resultado positivo, aún cuando el Aspergillus esté presente.
