Inmunoglobulinas cuantitativas
Valores normales:
- IgG: 560 a 1800 mg/dL
- IgM: 45 a 250 mg/dL
- IgA: 100 a 400 mg/dL

El aumento de los niveles de IgG puede indicar lo siguiente:

- Mieloma múltiple por IgG
- Enfermedad hepática
- Artritis reumatoidea
La disminución de los niveles de IgG puede indicar lo siguiente:
- Agamaglobulinemia (muy rara)
- Leucemia
- Mieloma
- Preeclampsia
El aumento de los niveles de IgM puede indicar lo siguiente:
- Mononucleosis infecciosa
- Linfoma
- Macroglobulinemia
- Mieloma
- Artritis reumatoidea
La disminución de los niveles de IgM puede indicar lo siguiente:
- Agamaglobulinemia (muy rara)
- Leucemia
- Mieloma
El aumento de los niveles de IgA puede indicar lo siguiente:
- Infecciones crónicas, que comprometen especialmente el tracto gastrointestinal
- Enfermedad intestinal inflamatoria
- Mieloma
La disminución de los niveles de IgA puede indicar lo siguiente:
- Agamaglobulinemia (muy rara)
- Deficiencia hereditaria de IgA
- Mieloma
- Gastroenteropatía por pérdida de proteínas
