Significado de los resultados anormales:

Los resultados anormales pueden indicar lo siguiente:

  • Estenosis uretral (un estrechamiento de la uretra)
  • Divertículos de la vejiga o uretra (sacos en forma de bolsas que se desarrollan y sobresalen de las paredes de un órgano)
  • Ureterocele (el conducto que va del riñón a la vejiga protruye en ésta última)
  • Crecimiento prostático
  • Nefropatía por reflujo (la orina se regresa a la vejiga)
  • Vejiga neurógena (la vejiga no responde cuando está llena)
